I'm starting to really like this motif blanket. I need to do a few more rows before I can edge and finish it, but it's growing on me. I was never big on motifs, but I love how colorful this is.
I don't like the way that my darks are clustered together in the blanket. I'll need to be conscious of that as I finish the blanket. It's not perfect, but the random nature of it makes it fun, and this will be a very warm cuddly blanket.

I adore the randomness of it totally and the fact that colors fall where they may. It looks unplanned and that is such a nice thing when we are surrounded by so much organization.
I like the way the colors are not so organized, they look like you just sat there and picked up another motif and added it. It doesn't look planned out it looks like you just chose them in any order. Great job.
What pattern/instructions did you use for the motifs? I LOVE LOVE LOVE this blanket and have a ton of bright scraps to use up.
Thanks Rhonda!
